Domino's Pizza

Worst experience I’ve ever had. I waited over 40 minutes after paying, and the customer service was absolutely terrible. No respect for customers’ time, no apology for the delay, and I ended up leaving without my order. Completely unprofessional. I will never come back, and I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone

I called to see if this location would do me a favor to add more of an ingredient because it was not letting through the app to my order and i asked if they could and she hung up right after. This is what you call good customer service. I’m shocked. Great customer service! I also worked in the food business and I always pleased the customers to a more than what they ask for because I know they would come back. This store does not provide good service.

I usually only order deliver with this dominoes but i felt like going into the store, i entered the store and no one greeted me lol, i walked toward the window and i assuming he was the manager (blue shirt) was on his phone , he looked up at me wiped his nose and then proceeded to go back to his phone , he didn’t welcome me or anything. I take customer service seriously esp if i spending my money at that establishment. Otherwise the food was made perfect

I ordered for family. WILKINS PENA was my delivery driver. I didn't get a chance to review the LAST time he delivered. WILKINS PENA is EXCEPTIONAL. He is punctual, answers questions and ALWAYS has a smile. Such a pleasure since Pizza Hut turned out to be a bust. Mauricio did a beautiful job in preparing and quality check. I also LOVE the way you're shown step by step what's happening with your order and how you're told exactly when your driver leaves and his location in transit. Thank you.

The pizza took an hour and a 1/2 so it came in a soggy cardboard box. I had to transfer it to a plate so that it didn't taste like cardboard when I reheat it! The manager would not give any instruction for a tracker that read the pizza was delivered 45 minutes ago. Horrible service and horrible explanation. It's not fair that you can't choose the store you want to order from.
